  2. E-Sign Popup Warning

    Because once an e-sign signature or initials is set for a GoFormz account, they cannot clear it to be blank, only edit what that signature or initials are. Is it possible to have a pop-up appear to have a warning about this when a user creates their personal signature for the first time? This will help with preventing issues with clients not knowing this and being upset that their signatures are not deletable.

  5. Support hidden table columns in List View

    Hidden table columns are often used for our more advanced integrations, but List View doesn't support hidden columns. This requires the admin to break up the table field into two separate tables and that increases complexity when trying to pass that data to a 3rd party system.

  8. Resize and move images in Sketch fields

    Resize and move images in Sketch fields.

    We have some images that don't fit the sketch box well and we wish we could center them in the box and sometimes resize them to fit the box better.

    Some images are longer than they are taller and don't fit the box well. We would want to drag and resize it or center it in the box so it looks nice on the PDF form.

  9. Ability to add tags to templates

    Ability to add tags to templates
    i.e. Work order could be tagged with a vendors name, customer name, state

    Could utilize this functionality to then allow sorting of templates, routing templates, and handling permissions to templates. i.e. group X has permissions to all templates regardless of folder with tag Y

  11. Allow calculations within the Row() function.

    Allow calculations within the Row() function.
    Allow math to be done with Row(). In other words, allow [Table]![Column (X+Y)][Row(X+Y)] calculations. This would allow indirect 'cell' references from within any table.

  16. Ability to add company logo to list view

    Is it possible to add our company logo to our templates? We would like to put the logo in the list view. The ability to add a logo via Gravatar or other methods to the list view would be great. We will be using your form system for employee application forms.

  18. Bulk sending public forms from datasources

    Currently, there is no feature for bulk sending public forms.
    Is this something you could introduce?

    Additionally, pre-populate based on the receiver's information, like Mail merge.

  19. Text Fields - Auto-capitalize first letter of a word when beginning a new sentence

    The customer is requesting that when using a Text field in a Form on the mobile app, the app will automatically capitalize the first letter of the word in the field and also capitalize the first letter of any word proceeding the period in a sentence.

  20. Bulk Action- being able to filter for multiples names and export to CVS

    The ability to filter for multiple form owners and tags at one time, so you can do a bulk action/export to excel without having to filter for each specific scenario you are wanting to pull
