Allow other fields to be referenced for Auto Numbers under formatting
Currently the only field you can reference in an Auto Number field type is the [value]. we would like to allow for other fields to be referenced as prefixes or suffixes for the auto number field under formatting. For example, we may want the year to prefix the auto number and the year would be based on the date entered. ie. auto number would look like this. 2025-189

Add a feature to Checkbox groups to set how many columns you want to show the list in
All checkbox group fields currently only show a single column with all the values. If you have 12 options it takes up most of the page on a cell phone for that one field.
We require the ability to set the number of columns we want those 12 fields to show. 2 columns of 6 or 3 columns of 4. Takes up less vertical space and allows user more control.2 votes -
Detect Duplicate values in Table Column
Add an option to allow or prevent duplicate values within a specific table column. When using SQL upserts from a forms table, users sometimes enter duplicate values, which causes errors during the upsert process. If the form could block submission until duplicates are resolved, it would help prevent these SQL errors.

Allow export and import of the underlying code of templates (JSON, etc.)
I would like to be able to export, edit, and import the underlying code of templates (whether it's JSON, or some other format). This would allow me to use an IDE, which would massively speed up the development of large templates. This would be particularly useful for list view forms.

Rotate fields to allow for vertical input
I would like text fields to rotate input text vertically. I have several sections of my form that require me to align text perpendicular to the rest of my text. Ideally, I would be able to have a mix of verticle and horizontal text across my template.

User individual Datasource access
Ability to control users access to certain DataSource's directly. While still allowing users to complete forms that update/add/remove entries

Force Sync
Have a way admin can force devices to Sync all Templates the moment the device is connected to internet. As we push updates or new template, device dont alway sync the latest, even though it has said so. Currently a tablet restart, always results in full sync.

New Formula statements
Include, "IFError", "IFNA" statements in field calculations. will allow some calculation to be a lot smaller and simple.

Auto Save field parameter changes (name, font size, width, position ,etc.) when clicking/moving on to other fields
Currently if you are updating a Field Name (or any parameter such as width, position, font size, etc.) and you click to the next field you want to edit, the changes are not saved. You have to make the edit field and then click into a different field in the field editor or press tab or enter, even if you don't intend to edit another field but that's the only way for the change to be "saved".
This is particularly frustrating when working through many field name edits such as checkbox fields, or many numerical fields in a grid situation…

Current Table Name Reference
A target in the functions using tables that directly calls the current table in use instead of having to type out every table name. Used for cases where the same formula is used across multiple tables, but only references the table or the same target.
Ex. [ThisTable] instead of [TableName1], [TableName2], etc.

Ability to remove failed jobs
I want the be able to delete a failed workflows without re-running the failed workflow. I have several job failures, I understand the problem and have either fixed or provider a workaround, however in the process of solving the issues I have removed some parts of the job. The workflow cannot be re-run as the workflow dose not exist anymore. this failure can not be cleared and I don't want to look at it.

Make the Custom Functions builder a global variable
Make the Custom Function builder a "global variable", this will allow a heavily used function to be able to be pulled into a form whenever a new one is built. This will heavily reduce "time to build". And increase development speed, you could also align this custom function to the AI formula builder to seriously speed up the building process. The Variables in the formula can be "value" so that it pulls in the "value" of the control when used (up to the developer to change it for the form if required.

Dynamic Page Numbers
In the PDF Export Settings, it would be beneficial to have an option to number pages (ie "Show Page Numbers"). It would also be helpful to have the option to either number pages based on either the original document (ie select Pages 1 & 4 with original numbering) or dynamic incremental numbering (select Pages 1 & 4 and dynamically number them as Page 1, Page 2).

Enhanced Location Fields
It would be advantageous to have added functionality in Location Fields that allows users to measure the distance between two locations. For example, the ability to set a default address and calculate the distance from said default address to the address selected in a Location field.

Ability to swap out PDF background in a form instead of template.
Usecase: Hundreds of forms with preprinted text are received each day from the utility company to dispatch techs for testing and repairing various equipment for customers. Each preprinted form needs to be uploaded as the background for the form. Currently each time, a new template needs to be published for every test/repair or set of tests/repairs. If the background could be swapped out on the form level this would avoid a lot of extra work and templates to keep track of. or update when updates are needed.
