  1. When there are more than 2 tags on a form, you see the first two then a link that will say "2 more" if there was say 4. I'm left with enough empty white space for like 10 tags, and the 1 and 2 more situations feel silly to have to click in. Would be nice if there was more visible, say cut of at 5 or 4 instead of 2, or if it was dynamic and you can show as many as you have white space for.

  3. It would be good to have dynamic tables, so that lines can be added as needed. For example on a service report to record parts used, or days worked. If we set up the timesheet portion as 7 days and the job takes 10 days, they curranty would need to open another report.

  4. Can we have options where we can set that at the Credit Threshold we sent, to refill Credits automatically at a set amount and Goformz can email us that it was processed.

    E.g. at 20 credits refill 100.

    The current system makes it that we need to log in etc and we can miss an email.

  5. Provide more font options in the Page Elements fields. This feature has so much potential to make our forms more dynamic, but we cannot use it until our standard font Trebuchet MS is added. Without more fonts, we cannot match our page elements to our the fonts in our PDF. I expect this could be easy to implement because the fonts are already available in GoForms text fields.

  7. Would love to have a way to bold/underline/italicize my generated text in a given form so I can move away from creating certificates in MS Word. I lose an hour a day using Word while the data is already in goformz.

  8. Please remove the automatic comma when concatenating tables. It makes it very difficult to manage when a table has blanks. It would be great to be able to choose what to use as a separator so I can choose null or blank space when I need it.

  9. If a completed form is re-opened and completed again, any changes that took place (fields) are highlighted. i.e. Changing my name on the form with have the next revision highlight the name field in a colour. (yellow as an example).

  11. When sending a public form via email, the name and email do not auto populate from the form, and Subject and Body auto populate with the form name and there is no way to change what it defaults to.

    There is no way to set up a formula to bring in the name and email from the form nor to change the subject or bodies default script.

    For example, instead of the form name I would like to change it to my name or the company name.

    Right now the form Subject is "Please review and complete [formname]" and the…

  14. Currently there is no way to edit any mistakes in forms picked up by admin without having to ask a user to either make the changes, or for admin to transfer the form, make the changes, and then transfer the form back to the user and ask them to complete it.

    Having this ability would really benefit admin oversite of users.

  16. Alignment settings for all field types need to have the same options whether they are a standalone field, within a table, or when set using a multiline setting.

    Alignment requirements need to include left, right, center for horzontal positioning and top, center, bottom for vertical positioning.

    Currently tables do not allow a consistent appearance when using more than one field type across the page leaving the resulting document looking unprofessional.
