Let form designer define the input interface for the Time field that the end user sees
We would like the ability for the form designer to choose which time entry method is displayed for the Time field. In the desktop form experience, time entry is displayed as a window with 3 dropdowns (Hour, Minute, and AM/PM). However, on the same form in the mobile experience, the time entry is displayed in a clock face, where first you must select the hour on the clock face and then the minute, which we have come to realize is apparently confusing to some users, resulting in incorrect time entry. I want to keep revision of my forms and want to copy and past (or import) other form that I have developed.

Include Time Zone Names in Time Zone Dropdown (besides city names)
Please include an option for the dropdown menu for the time zone to select the name of the time zone (as opposed to continent/city). I just want to be able to pick "USA Central Time" or "USA Eastern Time." In some instances, it can be useful to search for a specific city name, but it would be helpful/faster to also be able to just quickly select a time zone by the name of that time zone.

More visible tags
When there are more than 2 tags on a form, you see the first two then a link that will say "2 more" if there was say 4. I'm left with enough empty white space for like 10 tags, and the 1 and 2 more situations feel silly to have to click in. Would be nice if there was more visible, say cut of at 5 or 4 instead of 2, or if it was dynamic and you can show as many as you have white space for.

Better Search Capabilities for Database Field
Is there way to make the search function for the database dropdown menu more dynamic? It requires you to type the phrase in the exact order which is a little bit restrictive. For example, if I am searching for the name William Florin Smith, I cannot type in William Smith, because it is missing Florin, it will only show up if I type in William Florin. Is there a way to make the search a little more dynamic with the options it shows?

Do not disable default form names after editing
I love the idea of Default Form Names, but sometimes we want to add additional info manually to the names (for viewing by management and techs). For the future, if there was a way to be able to have the form fields chosen to be re-input automatically after default form name has been manually changed. (Example, I have the date field as an automatic form name. If we do not know the date of install and I update the form name with additional info, I would love if the date could still appear when we finally input a date later).

Public form testing
It would be great if there was an option to test a public form without it eating into the cost of credits. We are testing functions that are only triggered when a public form is complete, our forms and workflows are still in development meaning we are paying to test changes for each public form we submit.

Ability to bulk change form names historically
Most of our forms follow specific naming conventions which helps with searchability, however, our naming conventions have changed over time, and new ID fields are required for improving searchability.
For example, we may now need to put 'Invoice Number' into the form name so we can easily search that, or for when we export as PDF and store them or send them to clients.
Being able to re-structure the dynamically created form name such as '[InvoiceNumber] - [CustomerName] - ([Address])' and then update ALL forms that are part of that template (and by extension previous template versions) would be very…

Saving Photos From Submitted Forms
Allow pictures to be saved off of forms that are submitted. Currently you can't save an image off of a form that has been submitted. We often get great photographs submitted on our forms that could be saved and used as project photographs to our project files. We are not able to do that off of the form right now.

Omit Forms Using Filters
The same way we are able to filter by User, Tag, Date Range etc... I think it would be great if we could also filter the forms tab to omit certain users, tags, or date ranges. Sometimes I'd like to be able to look at all forms that DON'T have a certain user, or tag.

A log of the history of form views and PDF uploads
It would be useful to have a log in the GoFormz platforms of who has viewed a form and who has selected the "Export to PDF" option.

Temlates page sizing has to be consistent with the page uploaded(Page size detection)
Template builder has to detect the size of the uploaded document and match it with the background of the form depending on it's size.
Does not make sense to upload two documents with the same width and when uploaded have different width on the template.

Reopened Forms Should Have Updated Form Version
Reopened forms should show only the updated version of the form. Currently, when a completed form is updated by an "Update Form" step in a workflow, the updated version of the form does not automatically apply to the form. When reopening the form, you get a warning window which lets you know that a new version of the form has been saved and there is an option to "View Updated Form" and "Continue to Save". Clicking on "View Updated Form" opens a new window with the updated version of the form while "Continue to Save" overwrites the updated version. This…

Framework for testing changes to forms with associated external systems
We have a large form with some integrated external systems in place. We would like to perform E2E testing on changes we make to the form prior to publishing them, but are unable to do this within the "draft -> publish" system.
One feature that would fulfill our requirements would be the ability to transfer the contents of one form (which we would use as our development form) to another (our production form) without changing the form ID of the production form. Required Fields "Check" Action Without Completing the Form
Context: We utilize required fields prominently in other templates. Users need to be able to have a button that mimics "Check Complete" display in template preview. Conceptually, the idea is to allow users to check that required fields are addressed prior to hitting the save/complete button.
